Returns and exchanges policy

Our online shop has a 14-day exchange and return policy. The exchange and return policy does not apply to customised products as the product is made according to the information provided by the customer. The person returning the product must pay the costs arising from the return. These costs will not be refunded to the person making the return. For returns, the refund will be made to the payment method used for the order (not, for example, by bank transfer).

Delivery time

The delivery time is generally 1-3 working days, depending on the quantity, complexity, and size of the products. Our company uses the services of Posti and Matkahuolto. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email when the product is ready, and when a parcel label is created for the product, you will also receive a tracking code. You can easily track the progress of your parcel in the Oma Posti app or the Matkahuolto paketit app.
