We have a valid agreement with Klarna. Klarna offers, among other things, a 30-day interest-free payment period, online bank payments, etc.

Our online store has a 14-day exchange and return policy. The exchange and return policy does not apply to customised products because the product is made according to the information provided by the customer.
The person returning the item must pay the costs arising from the return. These costs will not be refunded to the person returning the item.
For returns, the refund is made to the payment method used for the order (not, for example, by bank transfer).

Products are dispatched in 2–4 working days, depending on the quantity, personalisation and size of the products. The overall delivery time of the products is determined by the delivery method. If your order is urgent, please include details such as the date of the celebration in the additional information field, and you are also welcome to ask about a suitable delivery method.
