Returns and exchanges policy

The exchange and return policy does not apply to customised products as the product is made according to the information provided by the customer. The person returning the product must pay the costs arising from the return. These costs will not be refunded to the person making the return. Delivery time
The delivery time is generally 2-5 working days, depending on the quantity, complexity and size of the products. Our company uses the services of Posti and Matkahuolto. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email when the product is ready, and once a parcel label is created for the product, you will also receive a tracking code. You can easily track the progress of your parcel in the OmaPosti app or the Matkahuolto Pakettit sovellus.
