Returns and exchanges policy

Our online shop has a 14-day exchange and return policy. The exchange and return policy does not apply to customised products as the product is made according to the information provided by the customer. The person returning the product must pay the costs arising from the return. These costs will not be refunded to the person making the return. For returns, the refund will be made to the payment method used for the order (not, for example, by bank transfer).

Delivery time

Käsittelyaika on pääsääntöisesti 2–4 arkipäivää, riippuen tuotteiden määrästä, vaativuudesta ja koosta. Tämän jälkeen tuote toimitetaan Postin tai Matkahuollon kautta, ja itse toimitukseen menee vielä noin 2–4 arkipäivää.

Kun tilauksesi on tehty, saat sähköpostiisi kuittauksen tilauksesta. Kun tuote on valmis ja sille luodaan pakettikortti, saat myös seurantakoodin. Voit seurata pakettisi etenemistä kätevästi Oma Posti -sovelluksessa tai Matkahuollon Paketit-sovelluksessa.

Kokonaistoimitusaika on siis yhteensä noin 4–8 arkipäivää tilauksesta perille.
