Returns and exchanges policy
Our online store has a 14-day exchange and return policy. The exchange and return policy does not apply to customised products, as the product is made according to the information provided by the customer. The person returning the items must pay the costs arising from the return. These costs will not be refunded to the person making the return. For returns, the refund will be made to the payment method used for the order (not, for example, by bank transfer).

Delivery time
Dispatched within 4 working days, depending on the quantity, complexity and size of the products. We use the services of Posti and Matkahuolto. You will receive an email confirmation when the product is ready, and once a parcel label is created, you will also receive a tracking code.
