Please get in touch with us so we can design a custom, high-quality beer stein you'll love. Our email address is: asiakaspalvelu@laserj.fi

Payment and payment methods

We have an agreement with Paytrail, enabling us to offer a range of secure payment methods. You can pay using all domestic online banks, debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), mobile applications (such as MobilePay) as well as popular invoice and instalment services (e.g. Walley or Klarna).

Contact us

Please contact us if you would like further information about the product. You can contact us most easily by email asiakaspalvelu@laserj.fi or use the contact button found at the top of the page. Our online shop has a 14-day exchange and return policy. The exchange and return policy does not apply to customised products as the product is made according to the information provided by the customer. The person returning the product must pay the costs arising from the return. These costs will not be refunded to the person making the return. For returns, the refund will be made to the payment method used for the order (not, for example, by bank transfer).

Delivery time

The processing time is generally 2–4 working days, depending on the quantity, complexity and size of the products. After this, the product is delivered via Posti or Matkahuolto, and the delivery itself takes about another 2–4 working days.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. When the item is ready and a shipping label is created, you will also receive a tracking code. You can conveniently track the progress of your parcel in the Oma Posti app or the Matkahuollon Paketit app.

So the total delivery time is about 4 to 8 working days from order to delivery.

Olutkolpakko kaiverruksella Olutkolpakko kaiverruksella on suunniteltu ja kaiverrettu Suomessa.
