How long does delivery take?
Processing time is 2-4 working days and delivery time by transport service is an additional 2-4 working days. If you are in a rush for the product, please mention it when ordering – we are happy to let you know if the product will arrive by your desired date.

Returns and exchanges policy
Our online shop has a 14-day exchange and return policy. The exchange and return policy does not apply to customised products as the product is made according to the information provided by the customer. The person returning the product must pay the costs arising from the return. These costs will not be refunded to the person making the return. For returns, the refund will be made to the payment method used for the order (not, for example, by bank transfer).
Delivery time
The processing time is generally 2–4 working days, depending on the quantity, complexity and size of the products. After this, the product is delivered via Posti or Matkahuolto, and the delivery itself takes about another 2–4 working days.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. When the item is ready and a shipping label is created, you will also receive a tracking code. You can conveniently track the progress of your parcel in the Oma Posti app or the Matkahuollon Paketit app.
So the total delivery time is about 4 to 8 working days from order to delivery.
